To provide you with an efficient and timely service, you can contact any of our Customer Service Advisors using our dedicated telephone number and email address. This will ensure a prompt response to both orders and any queries raised.
Our committed team aims to:
- Ensure your experience with CDUK is prompt, efficient and provides all the support you need.
- Raise and acknowledge your orders both punctually and accurately.
- Return your calls at the earliest opportunity.
- Resolve your queries (for example credit and invoice queries) quickly and effectively.
- Resolve any complaints in a proactive and timely manner.
Useful information
- Opening Hours: Our customer service department is open from 8am—5:30pm (Monday—Friday).
- Delivery information for items held in stock: Orders received before 3pm Monday—Friday will be delivered within two working days. Orders raised after 3pm, will be processed the following day. For example, if you send your order on a Monday after 3pm, you will receive it by Thursday.
- Collections for items held in stock: You can place your order with us from 8am-5pm and collect it the very same day up to 7pm. Please allow a minimum of one hour for your order to be processed prior to collection.
