- Ensure your experience with CDUK is prompt, efficient and provides all the support you need.
- Raise and acknowledge your orders both punctually and accurately.
- Return your calls at the earliest opportunity.
- Resolve your queries (for example credit and invoice queries) quickly and effectively.
- Resolve any complaints in a proactive and timely manner.
- Standard Opening Hours: Our customer service department is open from 8am—5:30pm (Monday—Friday).
- Delivery information for items held in stock: From April 1st, orders received and processed by 3pm will be delivered the next working day to UK mainland only.
- Collections for items held in stock: You can place your order with us from 8am-5pm and collect it the very same day up to 7pm. Please allow a minimum of one hour for your order to be processed prior to collection.
