Residential Account Manager – Scotland & NE England

Our Residential Account Managers are responsible for promoting our products and brands to our Home Design Partner studios. By building strong relationships, and delivering a strong representation of CDUK, our clients will work with us to create demand for our products, resulting in increased sales for our fabricator network and brand awareness in the residential market.

Managing a portfolio of accounts, with around 20 key priority ones, this role will be challenged to grow sales by 20% year-on-year by providing clients with samples, literature, technical guidance and display advice.

Confident in presenting to groups of clients, you will have the ability to convey information relating to our daily operations clearly where it impacts our clients and their decisions.

You will demonstrate your success by reporting on customer meetings, updating our CRM system and reporting on display pipelines monthly. Strong relationships with our Area Sales Managers will also be a key success factor.

Knowledge of the solid surface market is important and experience of kitchen design would be beneficial. A good grasp of basic Maths and English, preferably with a level 2 qualification, is essential, as it requires strength in both written and verbal communications.

As this position is field-based and a company car is provided, a full UK driving licence is required. Due to the geographical area, frequent overnight stays will be part of this role.
