Customer Service Advisor

Hours: 40 hours p/w, Mon-Fri

Our Customer Service team is a key part in delivering success and we have an exciting opportunity for you to join this friendly team.

You will receive and make calls to our customers and ensure orders are placed promptly and accurately. You will also work with our Sales, Warehousing and Distribution and Credit Control teams to provide an overall outstanding service.

Being passionate and enthusiastic, you will deal positively with pre and after sales queries, proactively addressing any issues and ensuring the customer experience is the best it can be.

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office and a good grasp of basic Maths and English, preferably with a level 2 qualification to demonstrate this. You will need to be an active team player, with proven experience in prioritising your own workload and adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Full training will be given on our internal systems as part of a thorough induction process.
